We not only have a 14,000-square-meter factory, but also three fully automated CNC cutting production lines, eight machining centers, and two fully automated grinding production lines.
Ceramic dining table top application
We produce high-performance, heat-resistant, and stain-resistant ceramic tabletops. In addition, we design stylish and high-end surfaces for dining tables, coffee tables, outdoor furniture, and kitchen countertops. These products also work well in commercial projects. As a result, our ceramics are often used instead of marble, glass, granite, quartz, or sintered stone. They offer strong durability and, moreover, inspire many design ideas.

Sintered stone tabletop cutting machine
By importing a precise DXF file, the machine can automatically cut ceramic tabletops into any shape. Not only does it handle complex shapes with ease, but it also keeps the error within 0.4 millimeters. Furthermore, it is not only more efficient but also more affordable.
hiceramic edge grinding production line
It can process ceramic tabletops with a thickness of 3-25 mm, as well as sintered tabletops of the same thickness. Additionally, it ensures that both square ceramic and sintered tabletops are ground on all four sides in a single operation.
Automatic corner rounding machine
Square ceramic tabletops have four sharp corners. A corner rounding machine can round all four corners of a square tabletop in one pass, achieving radii from 5 to 45 millimeters. More importantly, this makes the ceramic tabletop look safer and more aesthetically pleasing.
Four-sided edge grinding machine
For square stone and ceramic tabletops, we use two four-sided grinding machines. These machines can produce over 1000 square ceramic tabletops per day. Additionally, all loading and unloading are handled by robotic arms.
High-precision CNC machines
To meet customers’ requirements for stone and ceramic tabletops in any shape, our company operates eight CNC machines. As a result, we not only ensure short delivery times but also achieve highly precise control over product dimensions.
